The angler fish lives in the deep sea. In terms of human aesthetics, they appear hideous. The angler fish have a fishing rod made of luminous bacteria on top of their heads, This is also the origin of the lyrics "射下璀璨光辉 shoot down the resplendent light", which repeat nine times at the beginning and end of the song. The song's lyrics are adapted from two science fiction-themed poems Yikii wrote that paint a surreal and terrifying picture scroll.

提灯鮟鱇是一种生活在深海中的鱼，以人类的审美观来看，它们的长相十分可怖。提灯鮟鱇的头顶有一支由发光菌组成的钓竿，这也是在开头与结尾一共重复了九次的歌词"射下璀璨光辉"的由来。这首歌的的歌词改编自我写过的两首科幻主题的诗歌，描绘了一幅超现实的恐怖画卷。

One of Yikii's most eclectic and varied tracks yet, The Light of Anglerfish refines many of the sounds Yikii has utilised before into an incredibly engaging and constantly-shifting song, inspired by her own science fiction poetry. While this track doesn't stray from her signature style, it does test the bounds of it, combining what could easily be five different pieces into one four-minute masterpiece. - magnesianova Harsh Noise Enthusiast

The title captures the feel of this track perfectly. It's hypnotic and alluring, but there's a pervading menace throughout the song, as if the track is waiting until you're fully under its spell to swallow you whole.
