Trickster Pop begs the question, "Is this music serious?" And no it is not. These songs are a cry for levity sung by a queer troublemaker. They are a celebration of the chaos in us all. Nietsche once said, "one must still have chaos in oneself to give birth to a dancing star." Trickster Pop is music for dancing in the club space erected at the corner of the sacred and the profane. It is like stepping on a banana peel on the dance floor and not falling but riding it like a surf board through several dimensions. This noise makes no prohibitions to genres or flavors. Everything is tossed in this god awful salad. Everyone is invited share in the laugh from the belly of the spiral.
